Yes. We provide custom one-on-one coaching sessions to help you solve specific immigration issues, such as paperwork, visa problems, job challenges, or settlement support. Each session is confidential and conducted online.

Yes, 100% of our services are provided remotely via Zoom or Google Meet. This allows clients from around the world to access expert guidance without needing to travel or attend in-person meetings.

We operate on a prepaid service model. All services must be paid in advance through secure online payment systems. If you need to cancel a session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund. In case of technical issues or our own unavailability, we will reschedule or issue a full refund.
